Horse riding holidays in the USA

would love to hear from anyone who has done one in the past...ideally somewhere in the midwest/central northern america... cattle/horse herd driving etc. with camping in between...

i currently live in florida so wouldn't have to worry about a hugely expensive flight and could perhaps consider something out of regular 'season' to reduce the cost further. i've always wanted to do this and 2012 will be the year!

I went to utah/ arizona for a week in may, fantastic ppl, fantastic horse and great memories.try equitours they are fantastic!last day was at the grand canyon, wld recommend.
