are they any good? I seem to recall reading some not so good stuff about them. they have some fairly decent offers on at the moment - but I'm not prepared to make an order unless I know they are good. I cant find any address for them on their website which makes me a bit suspicious.

Others on here have had problems but I've always found them absolutely fine.

As above, do a search on here and you'll find the truth. 5 years back, their MD told me himself that they don't hold any stock (hence why my paid for rug didn't arrive) they just advertise at stupid prices, then when people ORDERED and PAID FOR rugs, they set about sourcing them at the price they'd quoted. Interesting strategy eh? PM me if you'd like to hear my own experience.

The only experience of them I had was an order that never arrived and a lengthy battle to get a refund....

You will find many others on the forum that have had a similiar experience.

Hmmm, a lot of negative comments but I still had a look. To be fair, not a good variety and defo seen them cheaper elsewhere. With the negative reviews and the prices probably be best to go somewhere more reputable x
