I've just moved to Camberley and I'm looking for a share horse nearby (Eversley/Yateley/Chobham areas, perhaps). I've been using websites, but I think a bit of local knowledge might be useful!

Are there any good tack shops in the area with notice boards? Any riding clubs that have non-riding events or would like help at events? Are there any local horsey magazines that cover Camberley?
 
Eileen Douglas Tack shops in what used to be called Eversley Saddlers, Eversley Cross. What are you looking for - pony/cob/tb?
 
Try Horns Farm Saddlery also on Reading Road in Eversley. They often have a full noticeboard, usually. What are you looking for? I am from around there and can keep my ears open.
 
Also try websites of Hawley Riding Club or Wokingham and Bearwood Riding Club. They often have member adverts on there with horse shares.
 
I'm looking for something 14h and upwards really to have a bit of fun with. I'm open to all offers because I'm desperately trying to find something, not had a share since last summer!

I will definitely be having a look at those tack shops, thank you. And I didn't know of those RCs, will have to google them
 
Buttons in West End and Chobham Rider in Chobham both have loads of ad's in their windows, should be worth a look if you can drive over.
