I am just walking the space we have trying to put a school in I have a space of 90ft by just over 50ft. Would that be to small for a school for my 15hh cob?

That's approx 27 metres by 15 metres. depends on how nimble your cob is, but to be honest, I wouldn't be using it for much more that walking at that size or gentle short time lunging.

All weather turnout that you could also use for in hand work (which has way more merit than people realise, postural and straightening)? I know some people use a 15x30m but what you can do in it is very limited and you'd only want to use it for a small % of your ridden work.
