I recently put my wonderful jumping pony up for sale. It breaks my heart to do so but I really am too big for her and she should be bombing round winning rossettes for a small person now.

So far i've only had one text who said they would phone the following day but didn't, and then this morning I received this email:

Hello.

This is just to let you to know that i came across your advert on the
website and I'm

very interested in buying it from you. I'll like you to kindly write back if
you still have it

for sale and what is your final price? Also I'll really appreciate it if you
can send me

some recent pictures. Meanwhile i live in England , but I will like you to
know that I will

personally take care of the shipping of the down to my location.

Thank you.

I hate selling horses.

Oh you have all the "my mum wants to know if you will loan out the pony to us. I only live 200 miles away" texts to come yet!!

Annoying isn't it! I also got the emails :(

Good luck though xx

Scam. When a horse/pony is described as an "it" and "best" or "final" price is mentioned and "shipping" its from Outer Mongolia, or Nigeria. !
Ignore.

I hate selling horses.

mark it as spam on your pc and delete....that one is SOOO old!!

You would have thought they would at least get the email to make sense!?

I think I have just been lucky in the past; put the advert up, people phone following day, see pony/horse at weekend, horse vetted following week and money in bank.
