Horse share in Ammanford area

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knows some good sites or places to advertise a horse for share? I need to start looking for a sharer for my lad 2-3 days a week and he's stabled in Betws by Ammanford. I haven't tried any FB groups yet but just wondering if anyone could recommend a particularly good place to advertise for the area?

Saw this thread and got all excited but only to find you are looking for a sharer not wanting to be a sharer.:) I have been looking for over a year for a sharer for my 15.2hh cob so hope you have better luck than I have had. If you find more than one send them in my direction. I am in Pontardulais.

Sorry, it's taken so long to respond I didn't have a notification that anyone had replied :( lol. No, I didn't find a sharer - I had 1 enquiry from my adverts :eek:! So, I've decided to give up on the idea :rolleyes:. Have you had any luck yet?
 
No, like you, I have decided to get on with it myself. Before I had my horses I would have jumped at the chance to have a horse to share but it would appear that is no longer the case. :( Saying that mine is not the easiest if animals to get along with and perhaps I am just being over cautious.:) I did get a few replies to my ad but only one had any experience and she wanted me to pay her to ride him. I didn't want any financial contribution from a sharer but didn't want to have to pay someone to ride him either.
 
Hi, I've just seen this and I'm an experienced rider without a horse. I wasn't looking to share a horse but i am looking for a horse to ride and I'm more than willing to help out with mucking out and any yard duties :) I live near Ammanford.
