I have a lovely 8 year old coloured mare and for the last two years i've know something's just not quite right, then i saw someone else ride her and my heart sank when i saw her back end. Since i've had her at the vets, X-rays on spine, stifle & hocks - hocks were found to be arthritic and on further visits suspected suspensory ligament problems too, but this was ruled out with nerve blocks, stifles were then suspected, so they have been injected with steroid to see if she comes sound. the stifle jabs were a week ago now, and there's no improvement 
she's sound in walk and trot, doesn't like circles or hills or backing up. her stifle has never locked, but occasionally "gives way" during warmup walking. Just wondering if anyone can have a look at my latest ride to see if they can offer any suggestions x x
(also her off right hind hitches up in canter, canter-trot transitions and first stride after a jump)
