Horse sport Ireland coaching qualification?

Has anyone completed the horse sport Ireland coaching? What are people opinions on this course? Was also wondering would you rather have a BHS instructor or horse sport Ireland coach, or would it matter to you?

HSI level 1 seems very easy to achieve. I know a few awful riders/instructors who have done it. I think there's a massive jump though when you go to HSI 2 though. None of them seemed to get through that.

Peoples qualifications don't matter a huge amount to me, my current coach has no qualifications but competes on a high level and can get on your horse, understand it and then teach you properly. She never took exams as she works instinctively with each horse and doesn't feel like BHS respect that way of working. Persoanlly i would love to do the hsi as the people that did the course really enjoyed it
