I posted in nov '11 about our mare who went down on her knees, link below.

These are now healed, she has scarring but they look much better than we expected. The one problem is, she struggles to get down to roll, she gets up again just fine, but it is hard for her to get down. She is 20yo this year. I'm assuming its due to the damage she did when she fell, any advice of helping her? Lotions for scar tissue? Supplements?
