Horse swaying with farrier

Toffee has two hack spavins and due to this is lame on her hinds and one fore. Vet appears happy shes happy. She does loosen up with exercise.

Right I have noticed since this was all diagnosed she sways and fidgets when the farrier does her fronts she also leans on the farrier, she is fine when I pick out her feet. Farrier keeps groaning at her so I tell her to stand up. But I think this is due to her hocks or is she just loosing some manners doing less work?? Fine with her hinds.

Any ideas?
