Horse tax

I know this has been on before but even if you dont own your own horse please sign. We pay tax on our safety hats, riding clothing, lorrys, trailers,events. The horse industry raises milloins in tax already for the goverment let them use that.

There are actually several petitions for this on No 10, which is a shame as the votes are spread so figures per petition will not be so significant. (yes, I have signed already)
