Do you use any of your horses stuff on yourself? I used to use some coat shine conditioner and my locks were lovely :p

Oh and I once weighed myself with my horse weight tape and it was pretty blooming accurate :D

Not done it yet but have often considered mane/ tail for my hair, might have to try it now! Mind you I use people shampoo to bath the nags, thiers is soo b.....y expensive :)

Recently saw some pressure bandages for humans advertised. Looked exactly like vetwrap but - incredibly - vetwrap was a fifth of the price. Gonna use vetwrap in future!

I used the horse's ice pack on my rope burn. I also used the cooling cream on me when I have problems as I end up breathing in supplements as I mix them in it's like I take them too! :)

Currently using vet wrap and exercise bandages to support OH's knackered ankle, Oh, and the stable broom as a crutch and a feed bucket as a potty, do I win lol, healing vibes needed for OH, I'm sick of caring for four horses, OH and a business myself

I used the Equilibrium massage pad when my back was bad - and I've got a mane comb in the car for sorting my hair out when I've done the horses on the way to work :)

Vetwrap for all sorts of injuries/strains ! damaged my little finger once (well, it went very , very black!) so a few weeks of vetwrap to support it sorted it out :D

And that Ice Cool gel stuff is great for injuries, http://www.animalmedicationdirect.co.uk/ice-blue-leg-cooler-for-horses-cdm-500ml-pr-6240.html <-- i've got that one

after a couple of minutes, your skin feels very cold! I will also admit to sometimes using the horse's brush on my hair if I can't find a hairbrush... I also had very sore cracked skin so put some clear hoof cream on and that seemed to help.

I can only really fess up to using my horses witch hazel and arnica gel and sudocrem. Both of which aren't strictly horsey.
If he gets a nice batch of apples I have to confess to eating them...as well as licking some of his likits...

I eat likits, use 1/4 sheets on my bed on cold nights (I bought one specifically for this lol!) I used the tail brush on my own hair at the races the other day as I couldn't find my hairbrush. I also use plaiting bands in my hair from time to time. I have a tub trugg as a wash basket. I regularly use vet wrap to strap up various joints.

One most people will have done at some point in their life - used leadropes to hold up a broken exhaust pipe on your car!

That is also absolutely superb for sunburn as well as sore backs and various parts straight after 45 mins of no stirrup work.

When I played American football for uni only men's kit was available. It doesn't allow for ample lady-berries which I unfortunatly have, so in order to prevent my pads rising up propelled by the lady-berries and garrotting me in the throat, my coach used to tape them flat, vet wrap was always the best for this, my dad used to post it up to me monthly!

Been known to give myself a squirt of the Neds flyspray(Power Phaser) before poo picking in summer.Keeps the horseflies at bay.:)

I was going to say about that gel.
Mum got bitten by a horse at the yard, could feel and see the bruise coming out fast and I didn't have any ice packs on me so I just used the wb cooling gel. Worked a treat and she swears it halved her healing time!
