Horse trailer insurance (who is the best?)

Hi Everyone,

I have just bought an ifor 505 and im looking to get it insured but there are so many different ones out there, i wondered what peoples views were on this and who is a good one to go with?

The best quote i have had are from E & L but after reading some reviews they dont look that great however all the reviews are for payout on pets not horse trailers, does anyone have anything good to say about them??

The best I found for mine was NFU.

Strangely not added to my horse insurance as I use KBIS for them.

My Discovery and Micra are insured with their car insurance and its really easy to add the trailer to it.

Best laugh is they added it to the Micra not my Discovery, god knows why but apparently it doesn't matter whether the car policy its attached to actually pulls it.
 
I found I got the best deal insuring the trailer with the horse insurers but getting separate breakdown cover for the trailer with the Horse box and Trailer association.Guess it depends on who you're already insured with. I think shopping around is the only way to be sure of getting the best deal.
