Hi does anyone know of anyone selling a double horse trailer for under £400 in the Kent area if so please let me know thanks

I think you would be hard pushed to find a double trailer for that price without it needing a fair bit of work doing to it!
Try ebay, that's your best bet

As said above try ebay but for under £400 it will be hard to find 1 thats safe enough to carry 2 horses in, under £400 the floor normaly needs replacing and condition is poor.

I am selling a really nice one but I wont £2750.

£400 a rather low budget and if you get one for that, you will prob. spend another £1000 doing it up!

E-bay or local feed/ saddlery boards are your best bet.
