Horse Trainers Of The Past

Any one know if there is any record of all the horse trainers from the past 20/30 years anywhere. I'm trying to trace my real family (I'm adopted) and I know my Grandfather was a horse trainer, but other than his surname that's about all I know.

If there is any way if finding records of horse trainers in the UK from the past 20/30 years I'd be pleased if anyone could give me any clues!

ring or write to the BHS he would have needed to have been registerred though but it would be worth a shot.. surname.. ?

If he was a race horse trainer try the racing post website! You can search trainers on there.

20/30 years ago - bloody hell, there are a good few of us on here that may remember him!

Surname possibly Kettell, I know that was my Mother's name when she had me and she was unmarried so I'm assuming that was the family name and he was her father.
