Horse Transport Oxfordshire

Anyone know of a fairly cheap horse transporter in Oxfordshire?

I need to move mine from Hailey, Oxfordshire to Guildford, Surrey at the weekend. Its about 76 miles.

Had one quote for £170. Seem like a fair whack to me?!

Maybe with the price of deisel.....

Sounds reasonable I am afraid - assume transporter has to drive to you, then to Guildfor, then back - at best £160 mile round trip, probably more, charging just over £1 a mile....

Sounds pretty good actually, about 2 years ago i paid £310 to move a horse from Cowbridge, S.Wales to Oxfordshire which was about 100 miles i think. They were fantastic though

try finding a shared load, I got my horse from west sussex to derby for £300 on a shared,


I cant remember who I used now it was a southampton based company though.
