Horse Transport

Found a really nice yard and am moving my beastie to it in the first week of june! or around that time.
however i have a problem!
i can't get him there, its a journey of seven-ish miles and i would hack him except hes not yet back in work and has no shoes on so this is not an option!
does anyone know any good transport companies
i would ask people on my old yard, but i don't think they would be accommodating and help me move.
he also loads, travels and unloads very well
any info would be appreciated

Why don't you ask the people at the new yard if they know of anyone? You could also look in your local FreeAds (www.adtrader.co.uk), local transporters usually advertise in there.

I would ask at your new yard, they might be able to recommend someone or may even be able to help. That's what happened to me, my move was only 4 miles but I had to cross a really busy A road so didn't want to hack, the new YM kindly picked us up in her lorry and only charged me £10.
