hi can anyone help need advice for transporting my horse from scotland to surrey ! who should i use???

I have a transport company, but it is self drive hire. Your best bet would be to go on this website -

Its really good and you should get lots of responses, all the transporters on here have the correct operators licence and are all DEFRA approved

Eric Gillie is based in the Scottish Borders and does regular runs up and down the country. Have used his company and their wagons and drivers are good. Think they advertise in Horse and Hound if you can't find the number.

I went on a long weekend to Poland and ended up buying a horse while I was out there. The seller had no experience of exporting horses and I had not experience of buying from abroad. John Parker Intl from Kent were excellent dealing with all the documentation, and a number of problems, quickly and efficiently. My horse arrived when promised in good condition. I could ask no more.
