Horse transporters (north Yorkshire)

Any recommendations? If potential horse passes the vetting I will need her moving from Harrogate way to Chester way. Don't fancy doing it with my trailer really.

I used Boothroyden transport (try googling them) as I said to you before, I found them faultlessly professional, very reasonably priced and more importantly my horse arrived, happy, non stressed and safe.

There is a guy nearish to me (York) who has moved ours several times including one to Southampton and back. He has one of the Marlborough horseboxes and he is excellent. Adam Gibson

He is good price wise too I believe, recent user said he quoted her £100 less than she'd been quoted.

Blue Rose Transport are good, the woman is mad as a hatter, but nice and they are good with the horses.

I always google horse transporters, then you find a form, you fill it in and it emails all the main ones, who then email you back quotes, I have often found a very good price that way.

I second Boothroyden Horse transport. Have used them various times and cannot recommend them enough.

You fill in a form which gets sent to forty odd transporters around the country. If they can do it they send you a quote. You then respond to the ones you like the sound/price/recommendation of.
