Both beautiful beasts, fast, exciting, fun, requiring sensitive, skillful(ish!) riding. Both potentially dangerous and requiring the wearing of helmets and body armour. But one this weekend was biddable, responsive, with great breaks and slows when you ease off the throttle. The other can apparently run for miles without refuelling, does incredible wheelies and powerslides and ditched me unceremoniously at speed today. No idea why my mother worries about me out on the bike but happily watches the other crazy beast trying to deck me!
