horse walkers - oval Vs round - your opinion....

hey everyone!!! just wondering........ people argue that round horse walkers can be bad for horses and a strain on joints etc - and that oval ones are supposed to be better - seeing as we are looking into treating the horses (and me) to a horse walker for xmas - i was just wondering what your opinions are - and wheres the best place to find affordable round/oval horsewalkers!!!!

Oval are believed to be better as combine straight lines with turn, thus less strain on joints (think there has been a fair amount of research into this recently), also bigger is better as turn is not as acute.

Oval ones are much more expensive. In an ideal world we'd have a massive oval one but we've had to settle for a decent sized round one.
