ideally id love a section d. or coloured. something a bit flashy.

if any body has any suggestiones please yell!

i was doing well till we got to the NO's sheis out at the first 2 lol bless her. discriminating against her because she is a nutter i dunno what has the world come to???

sorry i'm not much help i don't know of anyone wanting to sell at the moment though there are some nice coloured cobs on this website http://www.southgatefarm.co.uk/ which i just found from someone else, she is a dealer though

no sheis??

oh i may aswell add..

no rearers, BUT

horse doesnt need to be a plod, if it bucks out hunting fine, if it has a bit of attitude fine, if its needs some work, or gentel.careful handling on the ground all fine.

i dont want a quite, push button get on and go neddie!

the dun... i keep looking at him, went to look at one just like him the other day, but isnt registered as anything, and wasnt a true dun, more of a buckskin, which causes issues in showin.. ie for coloured classes.
may be i should give that dun a call..

the other 2.. no to the black

and imo the grey is way over priced.

the coloured maybe worth a call. to be honest im so fed up of ringing ads, to be told oh yes hes 18 going on 5.. (when no age is mentioned you know its older than you want)

if people cant be bothered to pout the most important info on an ad i cant be bothered to call!

I really like the dun (I suspect it's buckskin but it can still be shown in local coloured classes where it states duns are allowed). The black is also very nice, I'd ring both personally.

im looking at going to do some affliated showing, so a buckskin isnt going to help me as the coloure isnt reconised,

shame though as i like it

I love the dun cob. Very unusual.

Can somebody tell me the difference between a dun and a buckskin? I had thought that 'buckskin' was just what American's called 'duns'. Is it to do with the dorsal strip ? My boy has a strip with his winter coat but it vanishes in summer, what does that make him ? Sorry to hijack thread a bit.
