Thank you for your all vibes and helpful advice.

The big beastie loaded first time and looked at me as if to say 'of course I load onto lorries 1st time, she is lying, I am perfect'. Very embarrassing after I explained to the driver that he is a bad loader onto lorries!

Anyhow, x-rays show he has fractured his tooth into 4 parts. 1 part is missing and the other 3 pieces mean the tooth has to come out the hard way, hammered out through a hole in his skull!!! Why on earth cant that horse be straight forward?

He is quite happy in his stable and the automatic waterer is a source of constant entertainment. He cant leave it alone.

His surgery is tomorrow at 10.30 am.

Good luck hoss x

Hi Thank you very much.

The tooth had to come out the hard way. A hole in his skull and the tooth knocked out into his mouth and a cement plug inserted to close the connection between his mouth and sinuses.

His nose is still bleeding and he had a head bandage on, but he is eating and drinking if a little dazed and subdued.

Thanks for asking. x
