Horse with runny bum??

Hi

I wonder if anyone could help me!! I have recently bought a 4 year old dutch warmblood. I have noticed the past couple of days he has been shooting runny liquid like out just little bits every now and again on its own!! But his actually poos are normal? Iv'e never seen this before so im not sure what it is? i have just taken him off Top spec feed balancer and started pink powder do you think its because hes feed has changed/ no longer getting the balancer?

Could be the change in feed although would have thought it would be if something else was fed rather than it taken away. What else does he get?

My horse has been the same the past week, it was so bad it was running down his tail, and didn't know what was causing it but left him out last night on just grass and his poos have returned to normal. I've put it down to the haylage he was getting whilst in which doesn't seem to be agreeing with him at the moment.

So when he comes back in, he'll be on hay.

My horse was the same .We tried every pink powder on the market also protexin bio premium which was the only one that helped . He is coloured and looked a mess as his tail was constantly plastered in yellow liquid yet his poos were fine.My vet said he didnt have an underlying problem . Then i tryed soaking his hay half to death - bingo it really helped. Unfortunately he got laminitis in march and i put him on blue chip lami lite balancer which has probiotics and pre biotics in it- he is completely free of it since being on this feed with 8hr soaked hay. In the past whenever he didnt go on grass for 1 day it would get worse or change of hay etc. Now its great-completey gone .... it used to wear me down -constant shampooing (when we took him to shows he had these lines of stain running down the cheeks of his bottom and it used to get so sore .)

My cob has had runny poos too, dirty tail, I think it's the haulage which he is normally fine on so have taken him off it.

Is he on haylage? I tried various powders and feeds but regular hay sorted it out.

large pot of probaodic yokurt (sp) extra large syringe done throat, once a day for a few days, also maybe worm just incase.
