Horse with sensitive legs!? Turnout boots!?

Can anyone make any suggestions on what boots I can use for turn out for a horse with very sensitive skin on their legs?
ive tried woof wear club boots and le mieux grafter both of which give her sores on her legs.
was thinking of trying some of the turnout boots from PE or similar. Any one have any experience of this or thoughts?

Maybe it would be better to turnout without boots.
