Looks like quite an intersting event taking place 16-18 November if anyones interested in Excel, London

Then the same day at the same location (presumably in a different building on the site there is)

Im not sure about booking the tickets for the first one (horseworld) as there seems to be 2 different options on the Saturday - not such which one you would need for all day at the event.

Anyone else booked or going

People remember you have to pay for parking at Excel separate to the event charge which makes it a very expensive day out if you want to take full advantage of what is on offer. This really bugs me about this venue as the show looks interesting.

We looked into taking the tradestand but the costs were sky high - we would have to pay around 4 x the cost of YHL for a space 2/3 the size. We decided against... Suspect there won't be too many bargains ;) Shame really we were quite keen

Looking at the facebook page for the show, seems that there are quite a few traderstands? (Joules and Animo being two that I will def visit and prob spend money I dont have..lol) And I'd love to see Will FP show.
I live just in Essex, so this'll be great for me, I can get the tube. Anyone else going?

Hmm looks interesting, I also live in Essex, but much farther out, costs around 40 pounds each for a travel card before we even get there. Also, it's really close date wise to YHL, so would be pointless for me to go to both (skint). I'd rather go to YHL personally.

I think the clash with YHL will impact on numbers as I think YHL is 16th Nov this year and they also have great guests.

Mary King
Carl and Charlotte
and Ben Maher.

Have to say though we've been disappointed not to be able to get seats easily and last year there were queues outside the arena disappointed not to be able to see the demo's.

YHL is the week before HWL. Though they both have have a similar demo/learning aspect to them I like that HWL has all shopping under one roof unlike YHL which is a bit scattered. I also like that you have a seat at HWL as last year I found standing watching Mary King with all my bags a bit tiring. If you want to save money you can buy a entry ticket only which gets you into the village (my understanding is this is all the shopping, plus a demo / q&a area, and yard to meet horses) and you can watch the main arena stuff but in a standing area... it works out at like £8 more or something to get a seat. I guess they all serve different areas of the country, if you live in Kent like me or Essex then YHL is a bit of a mission. My general feeling of the event is that its got a concept similar to YHL but with the same feel as HOYS and Olympia, so not quite as bargain basement. It will cost quite a bit but so do all London events, I am driving there with 4 others from my yard so its cheaper than getting the train, and because of this we can shop till we drop and not have to worry about taking all our stuff on public transport like we do at Olympia. I cant wait :):D:D

I just booked my tickets :) knowing my lack of care for my bank balance (naturally this stems from best care for my horses ;)) I will probably go to YHL as well but didnt want to miss out on seeing William FP as I dont think he ever does shows normally. Also (not to everyones liking) I kinda want to see Linda Parelli. I have never been into the natural horsemanship thing until a few weeks ago when I got a new horse who is scared when I ride that I might hit him and goes to bolt when he thinks I will (I never do) so am going to start some ground work, trust building, natural horse stuff with him.
