Horse Xmas shopping

I know, a bit sad. Anybody buying a present for their horses this year?

I have 4 neds so can't really afford to buy them all a decent gift. Just bought my old shetland (bit athritic nowadays so needs to be kept warm) a new stable rug and am thinking about buying the others a new Thermatex to share and my grey a new Stubben bridle...

I went on ebay and bought Mae a nice comfort bridle, Finn got a new LW turnout rug, the rest got new headcollars with their name on it. All off ebay and really cheap, well the horsies arent to know lol

Baron is getting a new saddle. Not really an Xmas present but I just happen to be buying it now as he really needs one. He will just get some treats as he is spoilt all year

I will do my shopping at Olympia so im not sure what he will have yet but he deffinatly will have a few gifts! Thinking new stable rug (not that he needs it) new bridle and sheepskin boots for SJ!

Some horse treats, apples and carotts in a stocking and one big presents each usually a rug, headcollar or bridle.

Anyone bought an advent calendar for their horse!!

Kids at my last yard bought them and made sure that the ponies got their treat every day. Not sure if the ponies knew that it was Christmas though!!

yes, mine are getting treats, the Xmas codlivine (SP) ones, xmas likits, a new diamante headcollar and stables mirrors.
