Horsebit Shop

My friend has. She got the bit pretty fast for the trial and sent it back, no problems. She then ordered the same bit but to buy, it took at least a week and half to arrive but that was only because there was a bank holiday and a Sunday involved, other than that there was no problem :)
 
Do a search on here... they don't have a great rep. Usually take WEEKS to send bit out with 0 communication and are a nightmare to get hold of.

I recommned the Horse Bit BANK. Excellent service.
 
There was a similar post a couple of days ago about them.

I got 2 bits from them on their trial before you buy. I sent both back via recorded delivery as they weren't suitable. Never got my refund as they were adamant they never received them despite my having proof that the owner signed for the delivery.
I certainly won't be dealing with them again and I think there are others here who wouldn't either.

As of yet we still have received any information from you regarding needing a refund. If you had a bit on trial from The Horse Bit Shop you wouldn't need a refund as you would only pay the trial fee up front. Please PM if you still think you have got the right Bit Bank.
 
I have used them - never again. I had a neue schule universal from them. Sadly i didn't notice for a little while that the main bit ring is totally mishapen!!! Tried contacting them about it and no big surprise they never replied to me.
Also once the trial period was up i asked them to process payment to a different card which they failed to do. It seems communication is a big problem for them!

Thanks for your comment, however we have never received an email from you regarding mis shapped rings on a universal. Are you sure you have contacted the right bit bank? We are the Horse Bit Shop.

Had we would received your email, we could have explaied that all Universals, and those that have one will confirm have a mis shappen appearances as this is part of the design to allow for a leather curb strap to be fitted.

I have used both and this was my recent experience with them.

I ordered a trial bit from Horsebit shop, came within 4 days and really happy with the service, only have paid trial price so far and have 30 days then will pay the rest.

Ordered from Horsebit bank after 2 weeks heard nothing, emailed them, they emailed back next day, bit out of stock, they had emailed me to tell me this but I never got it .Bit will be here in 2 weeks.
