Hi All,
Really want to share my bad experience with the above! Just to advise and you can make up your own mind if you wish to use them.
I ordered a bit on the hire option, and waited about a week with no sign etc of bit - money had been taken straight away. Tried calling but failed to speak with someone as message said all on training for a number of days. After a 2 nd week called again and got through to them eventually! They take ages to answer and majority of times thy don't pick it up. Only then to be told that they were waiting on Sprenger delivering the bit, I stupidly assumed they had everything they advertised on the website as delivery was given at 3-5 working days!
After a few days called again (more repeated calls to get through) to be told the order had been messed up and my bit was not there. So finally after over 3 weeks and numerous calls I get the bit.
However its too large and I wanted to call them for advise, as lI iked the action but the size was not available in that particular model that I needed so hence wanted to ask advise of other options. I spent a week phoning , emailing, leaving voice mails to no avail! Not one return email or call!!!!!! Shocking service - so have sent it back with a not explaining my disgust and fuming that I have lost about £20 in the process! Plus wasted my time when I was borrowing a friends bit back and forwards to ride my horse.
Absolute shocking service in my opinion - please avoid this if you are in a hurry - not once did they get in touch with me to say there was a delay or such like.
I have since gone elsewhere and spoke to the tack shop prior to ordering - it was totally -Tack at Frome who could not have been more helpful- many thanks to them as they gave me next day delivery! awesome service in my books!
