Horsebox breakdown insurance

I haven't used them before, but am interested in hearing about other people's experiences after I recently found out how poor the service is on my own breakdown cover when I broke down with my horse on board and they were useless (over 3 hrs stuck on a blind bend) :(

I'm now on the lookout for new cover.
 
I haven't used KBIS breakdown cover as I was a bit worried they would tow my box with horse on-board when I inquired about their cover.

I went with OHTO and have used them on one occassion and they were very good so would recommend them.

Hopefully someone can post with their KBIS breakdown experiences for you as the price of their cover is competitive.
 
I'd like to hear some feedback too as I am currently with Equine Rescue Services and although they have been ok when I have had to call them out, they did once charge me an extortionate amount to help rescue my lorry, and are not competitve at all for their general fee.
I hadnt considered the price until a friend said she paid half the price for her cover with OHTO - and I am hoping to change to OHTO next month.
 
im with the nfu, very competitive £129 for the year, they send a company to sort the lorry, and a separate transporter to take horses home? they even ask what size horses etc you have with you so the know what size lorry to send to collect you.
