I've just bought a horsebox that has a camera in the horse area, with the screen above the driver. I'd like to add a reversing camera. Can I link the reversing camera to the same screen so when I put the vehicle into reverse the reversing camera takes over the screen? I have no idea who I would even go to irl to get a job like this done

Mine has both on the same screen I just push a button to flick between the two - i cant remember if it flicks over when i put it into reverse but im in no doubt it can be done

I had mine put in when I bought my lorry. The horsebox company did it, so you could ask around your local ones. As above, both are on the same screen, you just press a button to move between them

Definitely possible, my husband wired ours up to have both through the screen if you pressed a button.

Other option is to have a separate camera for reversing linked to your mobile if you don't want to drill holes etc...we use this for purely hitching up our trailer, I put it above the tow bar so I can see it 😂 we don't have a reversing camera on the car. It's magnetic and the quality of the image is great. Lots of people use it for inside their lorry/trailer too of needed...Reversing Camera Wireless, WiFi Backup Camera Magnetic Super Night Vision / IP68 Waterproof Rear View Camera Parking Camera Hitch Camera Compatible with Android & iOS for Car Truck, RV, Van, Trailer https://amzn.eu/d/da4CVtV

Thank you all. And thanks for that suggestion @Trakky14 that seems a relatively cheap and simple solution. I initially thought it would be difficult as I use my phone for sat nav, but I'm unlikely to be needing directions while I'm reversing!

Exactly, it just snaps onto anything metal and just need to link it to your phone via an app, it's really easy. I take mine off once I'm hitched up x
