Any recommendations please?
Need cover for our new box, non-hgv, would like company that looks after horses as well in the event of breakdown.
 
I can't recommend NFU more highly. I have lorry, horse, tack and breakdown insurnace through them. They are very competitive on all types of insurance and I have always had excellent service.
 
NFU definately!! They are excellent and their breakdown cover ive had to use a few times and couldnt fault them!!

I would not touch NFU after they told me that they would only cover me past the 1st year if I took out a 2nd insurance policy (e.g. car or household contents) with them. I thought that that was outrageous blackmail and told them to get stuffed.

absolutely brilliant and thier brakedown service is worth every penny. ive used it twice (once was entirely mums fault as she ran us out of fuel) and both times they were extremely efficient and last time they had someone with us within 5 mins.
 
i always use anthony d evans. cheap and very good when we had to make a claim. also they do a horsebox rescue that you can buy that is brilliant.
