Horsebox rooflights stuck shut

Hi, the two roof lights on my 3.5t have managed to glue themselves shut over the winter, I couldn’t open them at all when I went to use it last week. The handles are working, it seems to be the seal that’s sticking.

Any hints or tips for getting them open before I go to the expense of taking it in somewhere?
