Hi, I've seen a horsebox that I'm interested in that's with Horsebox Xchange. They're a long way from me so I'm trying to do some homework. Does anyone have any experience with them please, good or bad?

I think they’re brand new so probably not yet.

I do know where they are and who it is but I don’t know the actual guy running it to be able to def recommend what he’s got.

Thanks for your reply, I hadn't realised they were new which is probably why I couldn't find anything on them.

When I was looking for a 7.5 box they kept on commenting on pretty much every wanted post but when I tried to get in touch with them a couple of times they never got back to me.

Anyone had ‘bad’ experiences with Jamie Fillingham and Horsebox Xchange. Paid money to them and now they won’t answer me or give my money back. Been 2 months trying to get delivery of a horsebox he told me was ready to go back in July!!

I did buy a box from them, earlier this year and the actual box was fine but the communication is dreadful. Like you I paid in good time but it was 5 weeks before I got it. At one point I thought I had been scammed as they were taking so long to reply - keep at it. If you want to PM me I can give you the number I have which might be different to what you have. I would not recommend them to anyone because of this. I'm sorry you're in the same position.

Interesting, no I wouldn’t ever recommend them now. I’ve now been blocked from the Facebook page (probably cos I was commenting on each entry! ) so that says it all really! But little does he know I can still see it from another account I have!!
