I've just got sent the latest Wales & West schedule and they have a covering letter in it to say the James Broome has found a loophole in the Severn Bridges Act which now means the Horseboxes with living can cross the Severn Bridges for £5.30 instead of £15.90
From 17th March all horseboxes with permanent living accomodation can cross for £5.30. The loophole is that a Motor Caravan or Mobile Home is classed as a Catergory 1 vehicle, but a vehicle over 3t is classed as Category 3. When a vehicle falls into 2 categories the lower of the 2 should be used.
