Funnily enough I used them for the first time last week. Not impressed.
Ordered and paid for the item I wanted on the Monday. Emailed them on the Friday to find out where it was to be told it was out of stock till the end of the month. They offered me an alternative size (WTF!) I asked for a refund.
Refund has been made but it would have been nice if they could have a) let me know before I chased them that the item was out of stock and b) sent a confirmation that they had received my refund request.
Shall not be using them again.
