I ordered a numnah from them on the 11th Feb, emailed them last week as not arrived - no response, rang today, no answer and can't leave a message. Just wondered if they were normally this bad as very odd that cannot contact them

Ive ordedered stuff about3 times off them, took a while but did arrive,

keep trying to contact them maybe they are just really busy, Im awful I work full time have a baby, 3 horses and run an online shop, I usually explain to my customers if there is a delay though xx
 
I've ordered from them before and they do take forever and a day to despatch but the goods have all arrived. If you log into your account you can see the order status. That will tell you when they are due to be despatched and you can contact customer services with your order number for up to date info. Best not to order from them if you need something urgently but the stuff is well priced and arrives eventually in my experience.
