Hi,
I've just placed an ad on horsemart, but on checking it the wrong phone number is listed! Obviously I need to get this sorted a.s.a.p to avoid missing any enquiries, but I can't find how to do so. The initital e-mail I received when I submitted my ad said that it would be checked prior to it being set 'live' and that at this stage I would receive a confirmation e-mail. I've not received this e-mail yet, but my ad is live. I've clicked the 'manage my ads' button, which then opens up to a login page, where I have entered my details, but then get redirected back to the main Horsemart site. And now i'm just going around in circles....
I know that the login details are correct, as at one stage it was letting me login at the manage my ads page, but the only option I had from there was to place another ad - there was nothing regarding my current ad. Equally, on my main Horsemart account page, on the 'Classified Ads' section, it says that I don't have any ads
I've tried ringing both helpline numbers, but nothing, which is fair enough for a Sunday afternoon. I've also sent an e-mail. Any ideas? My ad has had quite a few hits so far so I really hope nobody has tried to ring but not been able to.
Any ideas?
