And not just in Ireland It doesn't bother me that some people eat horsemeat, but I'd rather not, and would prefer it not to be snuck into a "beef" burger. Although having said that I rarely eat shop or fast food burgers, for which I'm quite glad now

im not keen on burgers and im glad i dont eat them! just makes you think, what else are they sneaking into our food without our knowledge??

Oh my that is horrible!!!! Never eating another burger from anywhere again! Or sausages or anything that's a mixture of meat!

I don't have a problem with eating horsemeat as long as decently as possibly killed but how can beefburgers have horse meat in them, cows are beef!

lol it generally does, but I always put it down to the lush grass and clement weather

I've not eaten meat in a long time much prefer quorn instead but this doesn't surprise me either you'd be surprised what goes into meat you'd probably not touch meat again
I don't eat meat for other reasons mind you in the fact it's aiding my weight loss

I went on holiday to France and was actually shocked to see they horse kebab vans! Selling all types of horse meat. Made me feel ill and i lived off cheese pizza when there as horse steak was on the menu of the local restaraubt and I was scared the horse meat would of touched the beef lol!

I have no objection to eating horse. Eating cheap supermarket burgers however? Utterly gross

I think it's below the belt mixing meat conspicuously and selling it. Just label it and people will either buy it or not.

Why are we Brits so weird about meat?
