hi have ordered a rug about 2 weeks ago now from them and still havent got it. have tryed to ring and just rings then voice mail, have also emailed and no luck!

anyone else had this?
 
They are the worst rug company going and I dont know how they are still trading. They do not have a stock of rugs they wait until they have a good number of rugs paid for then order them. It can take months (as in my case,) to receive your order.
The parent company CAM went into receivership yonks ago but the rug part keep sending out emails etc.
You might struggle to get your rug or your money back but if you paid by credit card (not debit card) you could make a claim.

I emailed them giving them 30 days to refund the money or I was going to report to bank and trading standards as fraud, they eventually refunded my money (after 28 days), but I bombarded them with an email every day.

I would recommend www.equestrianclearance.com they're much better, and keep the internet updated with what is in stock and what isn't.

The same happened to me, no rug for weeks & the phone just went to answer. I always pay by credit card when purchasing online so eventually I contacted my credit card company & they re-funded me. Never again!! Can't believe they are still trading, when it happened to me I googled them & found lots of other similar stories :(
 
Same problems here a couple of years ago, hence my username - I'd never go near them again but I did get my money back after months of hassle. Put me off buying online until recently when I bought rugs from Horseboutique (very helpful on phone) and Equestrian Clearance, both companies delivered within two days. Hope you have a successful outcome and don't give up trying to get your money back.
 
Yep...ordered a rug supposedly in stock....waited & waited until I ran out of patience & finally got a refund as I was fed up after 4 weeks :(
 
Ordered a turnout rug last summer and never turned up. Same experience re voicemail when phoning. It was a very cheap rug so just wrote it off as not worth my time to chase, but am so glad I didn't order an expensive one at the same time as I was thinking of doing! Would never dream of using them again.
 
Hate to buck the trend, but might give you some hope! I had two Rambo turnouts from them this autumn, seperate orders. 10% off first rug, November offer. Took about 3 weeks to come, as hood had to come from Ireland. Anyway, arrived, all good. Decided to get a second . Offer had now expired, but rang and asked them if they would do me the same price ...... And they agreed! Anyway, this one took about 5 weeks to come. I did ring a few times, not always answered, but did catch someone in the end and he estimated 2 weeks before arrival, and that's when it came.

Must say, I had been worried, but apart from slightly extended wait time on the second rug, I got a good deal !
 
None of their offers seem that good.

Plus i have read they dont hold the stock.
they wait until they have a big enough order then buy in bulk lots.
So you are often waiting weeks for your rugs.
 
Have to say, given all of the bad press, I don't know if I would risk it again. However, I made the first order without knowing about the problems, so when that went smoothly, I wasn't too scared of making a second order. Chap on the phone was always pretty helpful when I did get through - sounded Kiwi or Aussie?

Blucanoo - the price I got was at least £50 cheaper than any others I could find on the net.
