yes i have used them a lot, you just have to be aware that although they have discounts you have to add on top 17.5% for VAT to the end price. Also I would advise you to call them if you need something urgently as I have waited for up to 6 weeks for some rugs.

I have used them a few times, bought a heavyweight turnout and it fell apart along the side seams after only a few weeks - i called them, sent it back and they did send me another one but i had to do a lot of persuasion over the phone that it wasn't my fault - once they saw it tho they must have agreed othewise they prob wouldn't have sent me another one. as that was at the end of the winter i havent used the new one - hope it doesn't fall apart too!

I would avoid them like the plague! I rdered a rug from them which was 'in stock' and paid for it on a next day delivery. I ended up waiting over 9 weeks for it, I could barely ever get hold of them and when I did I was given a ridiculous excuse about horseware running out of the material to make the rug. I phoned Horseware who confirmed they were talking complete rubbish and they had no problems with stock.

I had to chase them constantly and I am of the strong opinion that if I hadn't threatened them with trading standards I would never have seen it, despite them taking the money from my account with immediate effect.

I've known a few people who have had horror stories about them and I would reccomend you use someone more reputable.

I have refused to use them because, on the whole, they are NOT cheap. Their prices do not include VAT so, as mentioned above, you will need to add 17.5% to the price shown. I have always found the rugs I want cheaper elsewhere. I cannot obviously comment on the service.

Quite surprised that there are several positive posts above because I have only ever heard negative things and horror stories about them, in particular the length of time you can be kept waiting for delivery.

I would choose Surrey Equestrian, Cybercheckout or Equestrian Clearance Warehouse instead.

I use them all the time. I've just bought two rugs at cheap prices. Yes, you have to remember about VAT and postage and packing but the items I bought had 50% off them so there are bargains to be had. They arrived within a week so I was pleased with the service although previously I've waited longer than that.
