They took three months to finally deliver a rug I ordered. No communication at all - I had to chase them the whole time. They don't answer emails either. Good prices though, if you don't mind waiting!

not good - i never recieved my order from them and they took the money from my account, it took me 4months to get my money back from them.

I ordered a rambo duo from them and got it 2 days later, didnt fit so sent it back and got an exchange a week later, but maybe I was just lucky, saved about £50 though

I bought a rug from them while home at Christmas and since I was returning to my home in Dubai in the New Year, I wanted to see that it fitted before leaving. The delivery was going to take a week so as I live nearby, I collected it and they had it ready for me. I found them helpful. Call and check availability before ordering as I believe they might not always have full stock in, hence the delays. Their phone no is on their website.

Alternatively, I've had good experience online with Long Melford Saddlery, who also have some quite keen prices.

There have been posts about this company before. I had a very bad experience with them and would not recomend them.

The first few times i used them they were great, good rugs for low prices and quick delivery.
Then the next time i used them they took my money and then took over 3 months to send me the rug

not happy and i won't use them again, thats for sure.

Used them once I think for a Landa Lite, did take rather a long time to deliver as I remember but they did reply to an email I sent, although I think it took them about a week to reply. Prices are good, mind you there are some good bargains on ebay too and 3 rugs I bought off ebay from one of the shops and they only took 2days to arrive.

Terrible communication (they dont answer emails, often the phone is engaged), the delivery time is FOREVER, if you want to return anything then its even worse.

Shame really as the rugs are a good price and the first time I used them they were great. The second time was a nightmare and my friend is still having problems that have been on-going now for some months.

Wouldnt bother if I was you.
