Finally got round to asking them where an order that we put in before Christmas had got to, it was only a small amount but when they sent an advertising e mail it reminded me!
Got a reply today to say that they are unable to supply me with my order or return the money because they are having problems with their bank! I can try claiming it back from my credit card company but they only deal with amounts over £100!!!! So they take your money and then rely on the credit card companies refunding you, good wheeze that.
They blame the government and the bank for not helping small companies!!!
My amount may have been small but I bet it all adds up when lots of people do that, shouldn't this company be flagged up in a big way as a little bit fraudulent? Especially as they are still advertising.

Don't give up with your credit card company though, keep asking. All they can do is keep saying no, but you never know ;)
 
Theres been problems with this company for a long time. Its a shame as a few years ago they were good BUT I cant believe they are still sending advertising emails. Thats well out of order.

Get back on to the credit card company as I've never heard of there being a minimum limit - request to make a formal complaint so you can have a written response.
 
Its rediculous they are still trading and are now blatantly defrauding customers. Can't understand why they haven't been closed down
