Yes I bought a rug from them once and they took my money, the rug was'nt in stock and i waited weeks for it to come I was furious.

Nope, they are crap. Used to be v good but really gone down hill. Takes weeks to get anything, or they just forget to tell you they can't actuallyl get the stuff they say they can.

I had to get Trading Standards involved to get my money back, then the MD emailed me and really had a go at me. ACtually told me to stop listening to gossip on internet forums, bizarrely!
