Of course it can be done, if you want it enough, and it certainly sounds like you will have all the help and support that you will need which is half the battle.
Of course you could have your baby and decide that you don't want to leave him/her at all. All I am saying is that having a baby is a hugely life changing event - in a good way - yes plan ahead but keep your plans flexible and open.
