Horses as attack animals?!

Has anybody seen the latest craziness from the US? A court in Connecticut is deciding today if horses should be legally classified as viscous animals after a toddler was bitten when his patents held him up at a pasture fence. I have no words except 'bloody' and 'madness'.

I wish people wouldn't encourage their children to touch animals belonging to other people. That should be made a law instead...
