all ours incl livery are ok thank god.
Was a bit worried as to how Goof would be but he's been fine, but the other 3 totally ignore them so are a good calming influence bless them.

Horses are ok with them but we used to have a dog who was terrified. Spent years putting a duvet over the coffee table for him to hide under, and he'd still be a quivering wreck until my mum read an article that said to give them lots of praise and a treat with every bang (we'd buy a big lump of cheese - his favourite thing in the world - and cut it into tiny chunks so it would last all night!)
He soon learned a bang would mean a treat and within 1/2 an hour was barking with excitement at every firework! The only sad thing was he was already getting on at this point so he had to endure years of terror before we found a cure. He was the same with thunderstorms and we could always tell one was coming as he'd start shaking 1/2 an hour before it struck - gave us time to get the washing in!
