Horses found Helpston

POLICE are trying to trace the owners of six horses that were found roaming on land near Helpston.
Officers were called to help round up the animals shortly before 10pm yesterday (Monday).
They managed to move the six horses into a field but have so far been unable to find their owners.
Now they have released photographs of the animals in a bid to find their home.
PCSO Gemma Dear said: "We are keen to find the owners of these horses and would urge anyone who knows where they might have come from to call police.”
The horses are described below:
- Grey Shetland pony approx 90'' tall with black legs
- Dark bay with black mane and tail 15-16h
- Dun with black mane and tail, 15-16hh

Hoping that owners may have been located by now as facebook post was made 6 hours ago

I was out riding this morning and was stopped by a man looking for them. They were from Castor Hanglands Nature Reserve - he said that someone had left the gate open.

Glad he got sorted.
