Hi Guys
Anyone got any ideas how to stop people tethering and letting horses loose on private land? It's becoming dangerous as they are on our hay fields and are setting all our horses off 😔 2 colts were loose on there the other day and one had its legs stuck in our fencing!! Legally what can we do? They yard owner is not horsey and its trying to leave us to sort it out!!! 😖

That would drive me mad, so lucky we don't get any of that up here! Can you padlock the gate or does that not stop them? If they start cutting your fences to put their horses in then you can call the police as they're actually causing damage?

Thanks guys, our hay fields back on to a housing estate and either dog walkers or these people tethering the horses keep pulling the fence down! Lucky we don't use it for grazing!!! Tried contacting the yard owner about it again today but he's now not answering Going to try world horse welfare xx
