Horses - god bless the little darlings

I've been away on business for the last three days so my instructor and other half have been looking after Hovis. When I got to the stables last night he was so pleased to see me I thought i'd spend some serious time giving him a spot of pampering as he loves being groomed.
I spent AGES on him and he looked gorgeous by the end of it.
I've just had a phone call from hubby, who's gone to put him out on the way to work, peeing himself laughing that Hov is absolutely COVERED in stable stains and appeared to be sniggering when hubby got to him.
Little git!
Does anyone sell teflon coating for horses please?

Lol! I wish. Teflon coating would be great for my dapple grey. She does like to use a poo for a pillow!

Heehee! Just be glad you hadn't put all the effort in for a show otherwise I think I'd be crying

I'm sure horse's do that on purpose, the cleaner you get them the dirtier they feel the need to get in order to balance it out!

oh i wish too my coloured seems to only get his white bits stained im sure he does it on purpose so he can go in the shower

LOL, I think most peoples horses do the same, both mine enjoy laying in poo or wallowing in mud.
